1.. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

2.  Attendance:  Lori  Butler, Deb Ramsey, Christine Benne, Rachel Dewey, Lynn Lovato, Tim O’Brien, Dave Bergacker, Richard George, Troy Gedack, Kelly Hager, Anne Wolf, Mona Egger, Julie Randall

3.  Minutes:  The November 14th minutes were approved as read.

4. Principal’s report

4.1  The SAR reporst was passed around by Lori Butler.  Chipeta has had excellent ratings for two years. Last year we had excellent and stable, this year we are excellent and improved. improved means academic growth over a two year period.  Stable means a 5% growth, 6% - 15% is excellent.

4.2  Chipeta is at 420 enrollment.

4.3  Chipeta is 27th in the state of Colorado. 

4.4  Read Naturally began 3 weeks ago. lisa Sarter meets with four students at a time.  Ms. Benne will assist Ms. Sarter with parent volunteers (PALs). 

5. Sub committee reports

5.1 DAAC denied all three charter schools.

5.1.2 DAAC wants to do a BAAC training, but it is not scheduled. DAAC needs a new chairerson as John Gudenvagen was elected.

6.0 New Business
