“The District’s Risk Management Department is a progressive and exemplary program. Other school districts with which we have worked – many of which are much larger than District 11 – do not have as sophisticated a risk management program, and, likewise, few have as
comprehensive a safety and loss prevention program as District 11 and even fewer are self-insured”.
