Directions:

 

  1. Perform this exercise.

 

 

Remember: You must pass with 80%


Exercise:

  1. Open this Excel Workbook.

    1. Click SAVE if asked if you want to open or save.

      1. If it has opened in the browser window, "Save as..." an Excel workbook.

    2. Save to your "U" drive as previously instructed.

    3. Click NO when asked if you want to update links contained within the Excel workbook you are opening.

  2. Follow the instructions which are in textboxes within each of 2 worksheets.
    AND

  3. Fill in the missing percentages on Sheet 1.

  4. Do the charts as assigned. Yours do not have to look exactly like these examples of the Budget and Computer Manufacturer Sales charts, but they should be nicely formatted.

  5. Refer to the VIOLET instruction sheet if available in the classroom.  Follow any instructions and refer to it for examples.

  6. Ask for help!

 

REMEMBER

 

  1. Open More on Formulas.

  2. Do the StudentListAvgd exercise. (Note: You will have to look back at a preceding assignment HERE which I have not assigned you in order to complete this exercise)

  3. Do the Enter a Range within a Formula exercise.

When you are finished with this assignment you should ask your teacher to grade the questions that you submitted from the table.  Then you need to follow any other directions particular to this assignment.  The demonstration answers should be done at your computer.
