Students!
To be Successful &
earn a Credit in this course, you should... |
|
D11 is eventually upgrading to Office
2007, so this course will have some examples designed around that suite of
programs. However, since many people will have older versions to use at home
or elsewhere the thrust of this course will be to
perform tasks or create projects,
(usually in cooperation with another teacher & course, and the computer
credit will be earned by using the applications available to you
effectively) AND to be
able to switch from one version to another and use the HELP resources on the
computer and the web to solve your own problems in order to be successful.
|
Some work will have to be done
on your part to learn how to use specific aspects of the applications...
The
options for technical help online include:
-
Go to the Microsoft
Tutorials and follow their lessons
on the new 2007 Office suite of applications.
-
Go to an
alternate site for instruction on the new 2007 Office suite of
applications.
-
Go to sites
that can give you help with older versions, such as 2003, 2002 or 2000.
-
Use the Bijou
2003 tutorials and adapt to 2007 as needed.
