At Audubon we are using a flexible access approach to the library. 
This allows students to exchange books they have finished reading 
for another as soon as needed without waiting to "go to the library" 
with their class. Many students visit the library daily to exchange books or to just read in a quiet place. 

Keeping Books Healthy

1. Clean your hands before you read!
2. Turn the pages from the corner.
3. Use a bookmarker to hold your place.                                         
4. Keep books away from anything wet!
5. Have a safe place to keep books at home.
