NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT
To enroll a new student at Wasson High School, the following criteria must be met:

     _____1.      Parent or guardian must enroll student if student is living with someone other than parents, we must have a copy of  legal custodial paperwork)

_____2.    Proof of residency in Wasson area  

_____3.    Copy of birth certificate of student

_____4.    Social Security Number   

_____5.    Immunization records                      

_____6.    Check-Out grades from previous School  

_____7.    Special education students must have paperwork for an active     IEP                                

_____8.    If student is currently not attending school,  an appointment must be made to see an Assistant Principal              

IF STUDENT IS RE-ENTERING WASSON FOLLOWING A DROP:

 _____1.      Parent and student must make an appointment to meet with an Assistant Principal

_____2.    Wasson obligations must be cleared
