Teacher Computer Replacement Worksheet

Before leaving for the summer, please make sure that all of the files on your computer that you wish to save have been transferred to the U drive. Fill out this form and submit to Michael and have him sign off on your checkout form. We will not be able to have your computer ready to go at the beginning of the year without this form. Please fill it in electronically and submit it to us.

I have saved my desktop files to the U drive. Saving documents to backup link.

I have saved my Favorites to the U drive. How to Backup IE Favorites link.

I have saved all my desktop shortcuts to a folder in the U drive.

To do this, make a new folder on your desktop called "desktop", drag YOUR shortcuts to the folder, then right click on the folder, copy and paste it to the U drive.

I have saved my Personal Folders in Outlook to the U drive My Documents/Outlook folder. Instructions.

Special Drives I need mapped. People who have them know it. (Other than I, J, U, S or R.)
