West's Core Values, Vision, and Mission Statement 

WEST Programs

West Middle School offers a wide variety of programs. All students take the core classes of Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. In addition to these core classes, students will be able to experience the following electives throughout their stay at West:

  • Art
  • Gifted and Talented (GT) Discovery
  • Band
  • Modern Languages
  • Orchestra
  • Choir
  • Physical Education (including climbing wall and team building activities)

SAIL

Space Technologies Studies
  • Gateway to Technology
  • Success Maker Math
  • Success Maker Reading

Each grade at West is kept separate from the other grades through passing periods, which are all set at different times.  All lunches are by grade level, and SAIL students will interact with their grade level peers during electives class periods.
