Dear Russell Middle School Community,

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to facilitate the continued work at Russell Middle School as your new principal. In my twenty-two years in education I have not encountered a middle school that has shown as much growth and commitment to excellence as Russell Middle School.  The faculty, staff, administration and parents offer a rich environment of opportunities for the students at Russell Middle School. As a former math teacher and Assistant Principal at Doherty High School, I have come to know many in your close community. I am excited to be able to continue to build strong and enduring relationships as a part of the Raider community.

My goal is to carry on the overwhelmingly successful and highly impactful work that is already in place. I want to continue to work with all stakeholders throughout the Raider community to achieve excellence in all endeavors at Russell. It is an honor and a privilege to be a part of such a high performing school.

I look forward to meeting all of you and continuing the collaborative work that has brought this school such positive attention.

Sincerely,

Julie A. Williams
