U.S. Government, Quarter 3: Origins of U.S. Government  

                                                                                                      
Overview
In this quarter, students will examine the early documents and philosophers that helped to form the United States government. This will include developing an understanding of why such documents are important to the United States government as well as how such documents helped to shape the United States government. Students will explore the purposes as well as the principles that make up the United States government and Constitution. Students analyze Constitutional conflicts that have occurred both in history and in modern times.
