Overview
This class will provide on-site study in Washington, D.C., of the organization and political processes of the government of the United States. Students will examine major social, political and economic issues and become familiar with the responsibilities and opportunities of citizenship in a democratic society..

Prerequisite: Teacher recommendation/parent and student agreement to code of conduct and cost
Course Length: 2   Period Length: 1   Grade Level:  9-12  Credit per Semester: 0.5
