College In Colorado - As part of the College In Colorado campaign, the Colorado Department of Higher Education has joined with partners across the state to develop resources and collaborations to assist Colorado students to plan, apply and pay for post-secondary studies. These pre-collegiate resource Web pages are designed to promote, facilitate and celebrate cooperation between all of these stakeholders.
