Registration Requirements

1.  Enrollment priority is given to students who already have or who may
     drop out of school.

2.  Students must be a minimum of 16 years of age, and no older than 20.

3.  Students must not have been convicted of a felony.

4.  Students must not be under an expulsion order.

5.  Dual enrollment (enrollment in both day and alternative school)
     will not be permitted.

Each student must complete an enrollment packet, a student expectation agreement, and a District 11  computer and internet usage agreement.

Steps for Registration

1. Pick-up an enrollment packet.
2. Complete enrollment papers and return to the "Success First” office.
3. Wait for notification of initial acceptance into the program.
4. Set appointment for scheduling of classes and receive orientation.
