SCHOOLS OF CHOICE PERMIT INFORMATION

           Applications for new Permits to Doherty High School will be accepted on Thursday, November 1^st, the first day of the Permit Window, on a first come, first served basis. Applicants should line up at the northeast entrance to the school to receive a number designating their place in line. Doors will open at 5:30am. The Main office will open at 6:00am to accept the permit applications.

            Students currently attending Doherty on a permit do not need to reapply. Per Board Policy, siblings of permitted students currently enrolled who will be at Doherty for the school year 2007-2008 will be given priority for new permits.  A limited number of new permits will be approved, with the final number decided after the projected enrollment for our school is determined.   Permit decisions will be made after the close of the Permit Window, February 1, 2008.
